Welcome to Mahakal Tattva (mahakaltattva.com), an online spiritual and devotional facilitation platform headquartered in the sacred city of Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, India.

By accessing this website, registering a devotee account, booking an online/in-person Vedic pooja, reserving a holy Yatra tour, or ordering consecrated spiritual products, you explicitly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1 Scope of Devotional & Ritual Facilitation

Mahakal Tattva acts as an ethical, reverent bridge connecting devotees worldwide with traditional religious services performed in Ujjain (Avantika), Omkareshwar, and the Narmada belt:

• Vedic Rituals: All havans, abhishekams, and dosh nivaran pujas are solemnized by verified, learned hereditary Pandits adhering to Sanatan Vidhi.
• Gotra & Sankalp Execution: The devotee is responsible for providing true and correct names, birth stars (Nakshatra), and Gotra. If a devotee's Gotra is not known, the universal Kashyap Gotra is traditionally invoked in accordance with ancient Vedic shastras.
• Muhurat & Auspicious Timings: Pujas are conducted on auspicious Tithis and Muhurats. In case of temple administrative crowd management, VIP visits, or eclipse (Sutak) timings, rituals may be rescheduled to the nearest auspicious muhurat with immediate notification to the devotee.

2 Live Streaming & Digital Proof of Pooja

For remote poojas, we endeavor to provide interactive live video access (via WhatsApp Video / Google Meet / Private YouTube link) whenever requested:

• Devotees will receive prior intimation regarding the exact time slot of their ritual.
• Ancient temple ghats and heritage sanctums occasionally experience cellular network fluctuations or government jammer restrictions. In such unavoidable technical events, high-definition video recording of the entire Sankalp and ritual is recorded locally and delivered to the devotee within 24 hours.
• Network disruptions on the devotee's end or localized carrier downtime shall not be grounds for claiming non-performance of the ritual.

3 Sacred Rudraksha, Yantras & Sanctification

All spiritual items offered through our store:

• Are guaranteed to be 100% natural, authentic botanical seeds (Rudraksha) and properly consecrated metal Yantras.
• Undergo traditional Pran Pratishtha (mantra energization) by Vedic Acharyas before dispatch to align them with sacred frequencies.
• Natural variations in size, texture, and natural contour are characteristic of genuine botanical seeds and will not be considered product defects.

4 Dakshina, Pricing & Transparent Payments

All prices and Dakshina amounts displayed on Mahakal Tattva are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Pandit Dakshina, pure Vedic samagri (hawan items, flowers, milk, honey, bilva patra), live stream coordination, and courier handling of Holy Prasad, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Payments must be completed in advance via authorized digital payment methods (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking). We do not solicit unofficial offline payments to personal accounts outside our verified portal.

5 Intellectual Property Rights

All brand logos, text, ritual descriptions, digital graphics, photography, and website design elements are the exclusive intellectual property of Mahakal Tattva. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial exploitation without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

6 Force Majeure & Administrative Regulations

Neither Mahakal Tattva nor the devotee shall be held responsible for unavoidable delays or alterations caused by acts of God, unexpected temple trust regulations (e.g. Shri Mahakaleshwar Temple Management Committee protocols), state administration security protocols, VIP cordoning, natural disasters, or epidemics. In all such situations, our commitment is to execute the devotee's sacred ritual at the very first permissible opportunity.

Governing Law & Ujjain Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India.

Any dispute, controversy, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or in connection with the services provided by Mahakal Tattva shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, India.
