Spiritual remedies, blessings, and planetary harmonizations are deeply sacred matters of individual faith (Shraddha), devotion (Bhakti), personal destiny, and divine grace. Mahakal Tattva makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding supernatural outcomes, instant miracles, guaranteed wealth, or medical cures. Rituals are conducted to invoke divine peace, energetic balance, and spiritual upliftment as practiced for centuries in the sacred city of Ujjain (Avantika Puri).

3 Independent Entity & Facilitation Role

Mahakal Tattva is an independent private devotional enterprise dedicated to bridging the distance between distant devotees and the holy shrines of Ujjain, Omkareshwar, and the Narmada belt.

We operate as a devotional service provider coordinating verified hereditary Pandits, authentic Vedic samagri, live video streams, and holy Prasad courier delivery under the direct instruction and authorization of the devotee’s sacred Sankalp. While our rituals are conducted in traditional pilgrim locations, shrines, and private ashrams in Ujjain, we operate independently to guarantee verified priest appointments and transparent video proof for every devotee.

4 Natural Rudraksha & Handcrafted Yantras

Authentic Rudraksha beads are natural organic seeds produced by the Elaeocarpus ganitrus tree. Because they are gifts of nature:

• Each bead has individual, natural variations in shape, texture, natural furrow lines (mukhis), and color depth.
• Photographs displayed on the website represent the authentic specimen and quality standards; minor natural variations between individual seeds are normal and prove genuine botanical authenticity.
• All Sri Yantras, brass idols, and consecrated malas are sanctified (Pran Pratishtha) with Vedic rituals prior to dispatch.

5 Consecrated Holy Prasad & Courier Transit

Blessed Prasad dispatched after pooja completion typically includes dry consecrated elements: sacred Bhasma (vibhuti), sacred Rakshasutra thread, dry fruits, silver coins, and energization yantras. Because transit is handled via reputed third-party couriers (India Post, BlueDart, DTDC), unforeseen transit delays caused by courier logistics, weather conditions, or local festival volume do not diminish the sanctified value of the ritual performed in your name.

6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Mahakal Tattva, its founders, and associated Acharyas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services, spiritual offerings, or delays caused by force majeure events (temple administrative restrictions, VIP darshan halts, or natural disruptions). In any event, our total liability is strictly limited to the actual amount paid by the devotee for the specific service or item.
