Because our offerings span both customized sacred spiritual rituals (Vedic poojas) and physical consecrated merchandise (Rudrakshas, Yantras, Holy Prasad), our cancellation and return terms are structured transparently below.
We understand that devotee schedules or travel plans may unexpectedly change. The following terms apply to pooja bookings:
100% Full Refund will be initiated without any cancellation fee, OR you may reschedule your ritual to any future date of your choice at zero extra charge.
Because fresh perishable Vedic offerings (cow milk, raw gangajal, fresh bilva patra, flowers, customized hawan samagri) and Pandit ji’s exclusive schedule are locked in advance:
• Free Date Rescheduling is gladly offered, OR
• 85% Refund will be returned (15% deducted towards pre-procured perishable samagri expenses).
Once the sacred Gotra Sankalp has been solemnly taken by the Acharya in your name and holy mantras have been chanted to the divine, the spiritual service is fulfilled in accordance with Sanatan Vedic law. No refund or cancellation can be granted once the ritual has commenced or completed.
Every Rudraksha bead, Energized Mala, and Sri Yantra is hand-inspected and packed securely in cushioned sacred containers.
